Join the launch party on November 17th for a tutorial and to discuss this groundbreaking, 7-part series to help non-attorney legal advocates access economic justice with and for survivors. CSAJ’s ACCESS eCourse was borne out of the belief that advocates are vital to accessing economic justice for survivors and must be resourced and equipped with the advocacy skills needed to address the myriad of economic barriers that survivors face. This groundbreaking eCourse illuminates the connections between economic and physical safety, the ripple effect of domestic violence on the economic well-being of survivors, and the barriers to and opportunities for accessing justice. Through a series of skills-based survivor centered economic advocacy modules, the eCourse challenges advocates to fully embrace the crucial role they play and adopt an intersectional anti-oppression approach in the economic advocacy work they do. By fortifying advocate awareness and practice, it promises to embolden advocacy and enhance access to economic justice for survivors.
