Soteria Solutions
Soteria Solutions is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping practitioners reduce incidents of sexual and interpersonal violence, incivility, and harassment, and has worked with more than 500 colleges and universities nationally and internationally. Soteria Solutions provides innovative approaches to prevent sexual and interpersonal violence and harassment, and fosters collaborations that leverage individual and organizational strengths to build safe and respectful learning, working, and living communities via training and curriculum development, consultation, and implementation of proven prevention and evaluation strategies.
As the Strategic Planning and Assessment (SPA) Technical Assistance (TA) provider for the Office on Violence Against Women Campus Program, Soteria:
- Develops and updates strategic plan documents, trainings, and resources; works with grantees to develop and implement strategic plans, including providing detailed feedback on all strategic plans and coordinating TA providers’ review of grantee strategic plans.
- Provides tools to support grantees in assessing their progress through their award periods.
- Develops general resources and provides individual assistance to grantees whose campuses want to implement climate surveys.
- Helps grantees determine strategies and best practices to assess and communicate the impact of their campus work.
- Designs and implements program evaluations for all Training and Technical Assistance Institutes (TTIs).
