Submit Resources

Thank you for your interest in submitting a resource for inclusion on the Center for Changing Our Campus Culture website. All resource submissions will be reviewed according to the guidelines below.

Please note that not every submission will be approved for publication on the website. You will be notified about the status of your submission within 45 days.

Submission Criteria

Resources should, at a minimum, meet the following criteria:

  • Information, data and/or research presented in materials must be of value to a broad group of stakeholders or be of significant import or value to a priority population or group that the website focuses on reaching.
  • Resources should be timely and relevant, and all information and statistics should reflect the most current data available.
  • Resources should be free of grammatical and/or punctuation errors
  • Resources should be in a compressed format that is optimized for digital use.
  • Authors or organizations should share if the resource is based on new information or is an adaptation of an existing resource. Adaptations should include the original resource that the document is based upon.
  • All resources should include a description of 100 words or less.
  • All resources must be able to be hosted on the Center for Changing Our Campus Culture website server.
  • Authors or organizations should make the original file available. Links to websites will not be reposted.
  • Resources should be presented in an interesting, readable manner. When possible, technical terms that some readers may not understand should be defined.
  • Organizations must attach their logo to the submission application in jpeg format.
  • There must be no cost associated with accessing this resource.
  • Resources must not be used to solicit business or promote a product.
  • Resources cannot be based on opinion or hearsay.
  • Resources must relate to colleges and universities. Please identify if the resource is applicable to a specific type of campus (ie. two-year, four-year, public, private, etc.).
  • Resources must have been created within the past 5 years.
  • All original sources should be properly cited.
  • Text resources should adhere to the following formatting guidelines:
    • File type: PDF
    • Font: 12 point, Times New Roman or Arial
    • Text: Single-spaced, left-justified
    • Page layout: 1-inch margins on all sides (optional: page numbers in upper right-hand corner)
    • Page limit: 75 pages. (If a submission exceeds this limit, please provide an executive summary, along with a link to the full resource.)
  • Accepted file types: jpg, png, gif, Max. file size: 1 MB.
